Please see below received from Kiwi Rail

The Kiwi Rail industrial action will take place on December 16 and 17 and affect both the North and South Islands, which will cause delays for cargo coming up from Tauranga to Metroport regardless if the container is priority booked.

Please note the delays will be in addition to the current delays we are experiencing.

It is likely these delays will continue to effect containers into January.

To avoid delays we can arrange trucking from Tauranga to Auckland, if this is something you would like to look into for your containers please contact your sales or operations representative.
