Dear Customer

We have been advised by TCT Rail Team at the Port Of Tauranga they are currently experiencing an increase to their delivery profile due to congestion. 

Requests for ETA of containers can not be provided at this stage but an indication of potential rail date is as per below. 

Priority will only be given to Reefer, Hazardous, cargo self managed as priority prior to arrival and oldest cleared cargo in the yard. 

As such, units not cleared prior to arrival can expect further delays.

Delays are outlined below

• 20’'s are currently on standard delivery profile
• 40’ *average* of 12 days post discharge
