Dear Customers

Ports Of Auckland are still experiencing a wide spread system outage which is preventing processing of trucks, pre-advice and pinning.

They are working to manually process the few trucks remaining at the Port to clear the backlog but would like to reiterate, however, that no further processing can take place.

No trucks are to be sent to the Port until further notice.

Their IT team are working on this with urgency. A solution, however, is not expected until this afternoon.
